Justin Robinson, 23, was caught on surveillance video urinating in multiple locations at a Meriden train station before sitting on the ground, taking out his phone, and masturbating at 7 a.m. on Nov. 6, 2024, Connecticut State Police said. Authorities had been called to the station multiple times regarding Robinson’s behavior.
Police reviewing the footage recognized Robinson from previous encounters, the arrest warrant said. Meriden police arrested him on Saturday, March 1, on an unrelated charge and handed him over to state troopers after discovering he had an outstanding warrant.
Robinson faces charges of criminal mischief in the third degree, disorderly conduct, and public indecency. He was released on a $10,000 bond, according to state police.
